ResponsibleAIAudit provides AI-powered compliance auditing, bias detection, and ATS compatibility analysis for hiring processes. The Service includes:

• Resume and job description scanning
• Bias detection and analysis
• Compliance checking against regulations
• ATS compatibility scoring
• Audit trail and provenance tracking
• Report generation and analytics

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription tier

• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResponsibleAIAudit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ResponsibleAIAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $1,000 USD.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York, or remotely via video conference.

You and ResponsibleAIAudit agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms shall be enforced.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResponsibleAIAudit and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
